How Your Gift Helps
Help us inspire the next generation of jazz audiences and artists.
Your gift to the Institute is an investment in the future of the uniquely American creation of jazz. The Institute relies on private funding to offer our wide range of public school jazz programs; mentor-based training at the college level; and our annual International Competition, which shines a spotlight on the world’s most promising young jazz artists. Public school programs include Jazz in America: The National Jazz Curriculum, Jazz in the Classroom, and BeBop to Hip-Hop.
Each tax-deductible contribution allows the Institute to continue offering these and other education programs free of charge to tens of thousands of young people each year. Most importantly, it cultivates the new artists and listening audiences that keep jazz thriving. Thank you for supporting the Institute and the future of jazz – America’s greatest musical contribution to the world.
